Preconstruction Manager

Dave has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. As the manager of preconstruction, Dave is involved in the process very early on. He handles the initial meetings with clients, schematic estimates and preliminary scheduling.  He is also responsible for new client introductions and market research. Dave has a degree from Purdue University in Building Technology and in his spare time he loves to explore the outdoors biking and hiking and playing pickle ball.
