Affiliations
- ABC of Indiana (Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana) – is a professional construction trade association dedicated to the Merit Shop philosophy and to the free trade enterprise system. ABC is the most effective organization in the construction industry. CPM has been a member of ABC for more than 20 years, and we are currently an Executive Club level member. Our company President, Jerry Williams, served as the ABC state president in 1991. Our employees have participated in various ABC activities from Apprenticeship programs to Safety and OSHA training to the Construction Awards Program. CPM has received more than 50 awards for our projects since joining the Association.
- NUCOR Building Systems – is a leading manufacturer of metal building systems. The Nucor Builder network consists of the best design-build contractors in the business, providing exceptional solutions, on time and within budget. CPM has been a provider of high quality, dependable Nucor Metal Buildings since 1993. Our professional staff is well educated and experienced in metal building construction. CPM has served NUCOR's own construction needs.
- IALFA (Indiana Associated Living Federation of America)- CPM was one of the original founding members of this organization and continues to be an industry partner. Their mission is to promote the interests of the Assisted Living industry in Indiana and to enhance the quality of life for the population it serves. IALFA is committed to enhancing resident options and choices, and actively encourages creative solutions for all kinds of living models for a variety of income levels.
- IACED (Indiana Association for Community Economic Development)- As a member of IACED, CPM is engaged in community and economic development through the delivery of quality public policies, capacity building and professional development services. Their mission is to strengthen Indiana's communities through these support services. Founded in 1986, IACED is committed to serving community development organizations working on behalf of disadvantaged and low income populations in Indiana.
- IAHSA (Indiana Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, Inc.) – This association represents not-for-profit services and facilities for the elderly who provide high quality health care, services and housing for over 25,000 seniors throughout Indiana. As a member, CPM is able to share our expertise in the HUD and Tax Credit areas.
- LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation) – Established in 1981, LISC provides early-stage financing for housing and economic development projects—financing generally unavailable from conventional capital sources. The results of these investment initiatives can be seen in revitalized urban neighborhoods throughout the city. It is a national organization with a community focus. CPM is a member of the Project Review Committee for Indianapolis.
- Indiana Automobile Dealers and Traders Associations – CPM has recently joined this organization as we develop our Focus Teams in the automobile dealership area.
- TLC Ministries, Inc. – was founded with one purpose in mind – to help churches raise major funds for their facility needs. Their mission statement is: “To partner with churches to help build the Kingdom of God through Biblically-based, spiritually-dynamic, administratively-excellent, and ministry-oriented capital campaigns.” CPM collaborates with TLC when both are serving the same church community.
