Avon, IN
CPM is currently partnering with Terry Lee for the construction of his new Honda dealership in Avon, IN.
Construction is scheduled to begin in December, 2007 and will be completed by July, 2008.
Tom Wood Jaguar/Volvo/Land Rover
Carmel, IN
Tom Wood has a 35-year history in automobile sales in Indianapolis and Central Indiana. No stranger to either automobiles or construction, Tom Wood invested three years in the planning and construction of the ultimate car sales and service facility for his most discriminating Land Rover, Jaguar and Volvo clientele.
Located on 96th Street between Keystone Avenue and Allisonville Road in Carmel, the 55,000 square foot facility caters to the customer experience, both in showroom styling where innovations include workstations and plasma televisions, and the 28-bay Service Department utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic technology.
Completed on schedule in December 2004, the $3.9 million facility compliments the upscale product lines it serves.
Tom Wood Nissan
Indianapolis, IN
Tom Wood Nissan located on Auto Row on East 96th Street in Indianapolis, IN, was a replacement for Tom Woods smaller store which they grew out of.
This is the fourth Tom Wood project for CPM. Built on 5 acres with an underground storm water detention system, this 2-story pre-cast building contains a show room, offices, 20 bay service area with in-house car wash and 10 bay detail shop.
The high tech state-of-the-art facility was built to Nissan's stringent standards, and completed on time even though it was built through one of Indiana's harsh winter season.
Tom Wood Subaru
Indianapolis, IN
For more than 35 years, Tom Wood has offered innovative automobiles to the residents of Central Indiana, always focusing on creating strong relationships with customers.
This Subaru dealership was our third project for Tom Wood.
