CPM has been in business for over (40) years with hundreds of municipal and publicly funded projects under our belt. We recently noticed the growing demand for new/upgraded policing facilities, but the current political and financial constraints make it difficult to get those projects shovel ready and completed.

What a celebration for the newly renovated Greensburg City Hall. CPM celebrated with the city in a ribbon cutting ceremony for a renovation of the 33,000 square foot building. CPM is honored to have been apart of this renovation.
What a celebration for the new IMPD NW District Headquarters. The weather pushed the groundbreaking inside but it was still a huge success and CPM is honored to apart of this new facility. Expected completion is early 2022.
What a great event Friday night in Yorktown, IN to celebrate the groundbreaking for the The Oliver! CPM is so excited to be apart of this project and can’t wait to get to work! The Oliver located in downtown Yorktown will feature apartments with retail and restaurants below. We except the completion to be Spring 2022.
